Rental Information
The Community Education Center offers space rental opportunities for artists to rehearse, teach and self-produce. There are three spaces available:
- Meeting House Theatre
- Studio 33′ X 52′ hard wood floor and mirrors
- Tap Room 19’8″ X 20’8″ hard wood floor

Rehearsals
- Meeting House Theatre $12/hr (before 3:00) $15/Hour (after 3:00)
- Studio $12/hr (before 3:00) $15/Hour (after 3:00)
- Tap Room $10/hr (all times)
Discount may be offered if scheduling rental hours in bulk and securing with advanced payment.
Workshops/Auditions/Large projects
$20/hr for any of the available spaces. If you are anticipating more than 15 people in attendance you may be subject to additional charges.
Special events/parties
$100/hr for the theater or studio.
Dance and Theater Productions
Meeting House Theatre $495 Flat Rate (1 night), $750 Flat Rate (2 consecutive nights)
- Production rates are subject to change on a per project basis and should be confirmed with the CEC.
- 1 NIGHT RUN includes a tech assistant and 3 hour tech rehearsal on the same day.
- 2 NIGHT RUN includes a tech assistant and 5 hour tech rehearsal on a separate day prior to the performance date.
