Renting space at the CEC for your artistic needs:
The Community Education Center offers space rental opportunities for artists to rehearse, teach and self-produce. There are three spaces available:
- Meeting House Theatre 18'6" X 43'4" with sprung maple floor, 72-100 seats,
- Studio/East Community Room space 33'x52' with hard wood floor,
- Tap Room, 19'8" X 20'8", also with a hard wood floor.
Space is available 7 days a week during off-peak hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-3pm and peak hours weekdays after 3 pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.

"AT THE MEETING HOUSE"
Through this theatre access program, the Community Education Center provides Philadelphia' s performing arts companies and individual artists who wish to self-produce with performance space (CEC Meeting House Theater) for significantly reduced rates, approximately half our regular rates. The program also provides staff expertise and assistance with production and promotional needs of the artist. The At the Meeting House furthers our mission of supporting emerging companies and performing artists, and brings major artists and performing arts groups to our West Philadelphia community.
